Paul Grey - P.Geo

Mr. Grey has worked extensively as an exploration geologist in the mineral exploration Industry in Canada, the United States, Asia and Central and South America for the past 18 years, concentrating on base metals, precious metals and uranium exploration. Additionally, Mr. Grey served as President and COO of Doublestar Resources Ltd. until it was acquired by Selkirk Metals Corp. in July of 2007. Currently the principal of Paul D. Grey Geological Consultants, he sits on the Boards of several TSX Venture listed companies.

Allan McNutt - P.Geo

Allan McNutt is a geologist with expertise in project evaluation and has extensive experience in uranium, base metals and gold exploration programs in Canada and the US.  His experience extends from grassroots exploration to ore resource estimation in a wide variety of geological and geographical environments.

Allan first worked in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, in 1975. He spent 7 years with Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation (now Cameco, TSX: CCO), where, as Joint Venture Geologist, he was involved in the delineation of the Dawn Lake uranium deposits and the discovery of the Cigar Lake deposit. He then served 14 years as Senior Geologist and District Geologist with Rio Algom Exploration Inc. In the period 2005 - 2007 he was Manager of Exploration for Dejour Enterprises Ltd. Lastly, Allan was VP Exploration and later VP Corporate Acquisitions for Titan Uranium (2007 - 2010). Mr. McNutt is a "Qualified Person" as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
