Board Confirmed At Annual General Meeting Held January 12, 2016

Aldever Resources Inc. (ALD—TSX.V) (ALDVF—OTCQB) (17G1—Frankfurt) (“Aldever” or the “Company”) held its Annual General Meeting at 10:30 am Pacific Standard Time on Tuesday, January 12, 2016. At the Company’s Annual and General Meeting, shareholders representing 21.94% of the Company’s outstanding shares, reappointed Clive Massey, Gil Schneider, Richard Ko and Peter Born to the Board of Directors. Shareholders also re-approved the 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan, re-appointed De Visser Gray as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year, and authorized the directors to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditor.

Mr. Massey has held directorships and senior management positions with various TSX Venture Exchange listed companies, including as CEO of Redhill Resources and Prescient Mining. As president of Universal Uranium he completed diamond drilling in the Labrador Central Mineral Belt, culminating in the identification of the Two Time Uranium Deposit.

Mr. Schneider has over 37 years of senior management experience, including a distinguished 15 year career as Vice President with world renowned Aramark Corporation. He successfully listed six public companies including Agrimarine Holdings (FSH-TSXV) an environmentally sustainable salmon farming business with operations in China and the BC West Coast., and Abattis Bioceuticals, a CSE Exchange trading volume leader in 2014. In 2010 Mr. Schneider co-founded Athabasca Uranium Inc. and acted as Chief Executive Officer until October 2014 and continues as Director. Under his direction the company aggregated over 60,000 hectares of prime exploration properties in the Basin and discovered uranium on the Keefe Lake property.

Mr. Ko, is also the CFO of Unity Energy Corp (UTY-TSXV), Menika Mining Ltd. (MML-TSXV) and Aurgent Resource Corp. (AUR-TSXV), as well as a director for Lions Gate Metals Inc. (LGM-CSE). Mr. Ko received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1979 and since then has worked actively in the area of public companies and as a self employed businessman.

Dr. Born, who will continue to act as the Company’s Qualified Person, is a highly respected senior geologist with over 32 years experience exploring and evaluating mining properties for senior and junior Canadian and US resource companies. He holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences with expertise in Precambrian Sedimentary Geology, Basin Analysis, Sedimentology, Stratigraphy and Sedimentary Ore deposits. His experience includes several years of uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin the Thelon Uranium Basin of the Northwest Territories.
