Aldever Completes Exploration Program At Urban Barry Gold Project, Quebec

June 16, 2016—Aldever Resources Inc. (ALD—TSXV) (ALDVF—OTCQB) (17G1—Frankfurt) (“Aldever” or (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its Phase 1 field program at the Urban Barry Gold Project (“the Project”) located in Urban Barry mining camp, Quebec. The project covers an area of 1521ha and is located roughly 320km northeast of Val D’Or and 200km south of the town of Chibougamau.

The Company completed 54 line kilometers of Mag/VLF-EM on 200m spacing as well as 72 kilometers of shallow EM anomaly surveying. A total of 242 soil samples were taken, of which 40 were drill-sampled at depths greater than one meter. In addition to general mapping and prospecting, a total of 15 drill holes were completed in out crop and subsurface boulders, yielding 18 samples. All samples were forwarded for assay and results are expected shortly.

The primary areas of interest at the Urban Barry Gold Project are related to two east-west trending faults in the greenstone belt which bisect the project: the Urban Barry Deformation Zone and a southern fault related to the Kenoran Orogeny. Both of these shear zones are interpreted as structural controls of drill-identified gold mineralization. The Lac Windfall Deposit, located 15km to the west, is related to Urban Barry Deformation Zone. Bonterra Resources’ Gladiator Zone and Beaufied Resources’ Zone 18 are both related to the southern fault.

With regards to the completion of the field program, President Clive Massey commented: “The Company is very pleased with the data production at Urban Barry, which will be utilized to unlock the potential of this project. Soil samples have proven to be a reliable exploration tool for gold exploration in the Urban Barry, where rock outcrop is often rare.”
